The Immigrant Council of Ireland’s (ICI) Information and Support Service provides information about the immigration system for people who come to Ireland to visit, work, study or live.

From January 2009, the Immigrant Council of Ireland Information and Support Service can be contacted by telephone only on +353 1 674 0200 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 4.30pm.
Clients with general enquiries may be referred to another agency for assistance.
Clients with complex cases may be offered an appointment to speak to a Legal Information Officer in person, on a confidential basis.
Consultations with Legal Information Officers will be by appointment only.
