Through our work with migrants, the ICI gains an understanding of the issues people face when dealing with the immigration system and in the community generally.

All of the work we do – our legal services, our research and advocacy, and in particular our policy development and campaigns – is shaped by our experience working with clients who use our Information and Support Service and Legal Service.
