The Immigrant Council of Ireland has made further submissions in relation to Ireland's examination under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. This brief submission covers the issues of: racial profiling; refusal of leave to land; lack of appellate or review procedures to challenge such immigration decisions; an update on the Immigration, Residence and Protection Bill; and family reunification.
