Submission to An Garda Siochána in relation to the recruitment of people from Ethnic Minority Communities

The Immigrant Council of Ireland made a submission to An Garda Síochána in relation to the recruitment of people from Ethnic Minority Communities in August 2005. One of the recommendations was that An Garda Síochána carry out an audit into why more people from ethnic minority communities are not joining the organisation.
