The Immigrant Council of Ireland carried out a detailed analysis of the Immigration, Residence and Protection Bill 2008. This document sets out many of the ICI's main concerns with the Bill and contains proposed amendments aimed at making Ireland's immigration system fairer, more transparent and efficient.
