Personal Assistant to the CEO
Full-time position (Ref: PA)

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the work of the CEO and assisting the CEO with the day-to-day running of the organisation.

Duties include having responsibility for the organisation of external and internal meetings, co-ordinating events, co-ordinating the diary of the CEO, assisting with editing and proof-reading documents for external dissemination and assisting with submissions and funding applications.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience as a PA, have excellent communication, IT and organisational skills and have the ability to work well as part of a team or on their own initiative.  An interest in immigration and/or social justice issues is desirable.
