The scam appears be linked to getting immigration registration appointments with Immigration Service Delivery (ISD). Please be aware that registration appointments are no longer provided by telephone by ISD. They are only available by registering a profile with the ISD Customer Service portal and booking an appointment online. ISD has published a user guide for the portal here. We cannot provide registration appointments on behalf of ISD.*
Our helpline is open from 10 am - 1 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and evening support on Tuesdays from 7 pm - 9 pm.
The Immigrant Council does NOT offer drop-in in-person appointments.

Our trained staff will be on hand to support you with your concerns. The Immigrant Council of Ireland’s Information and Support Service provides detailed confidential information about complex issues within the Irish immigration system.
If you are unsuccessful in getting through to the telephone service, please try again later as the service often experiences busy periods where all Helpline staff are on calls.
