Edward joined the Immigrant Council in January 2017 and is currently the anti-trafficking coordinator. He recently completed a PhD at the School of Law, UCD where he studied the role of monitoring mechanisms in the protection of trafficking victims. Edward previously held positions at the School of Social Work, Social Policy and Social Justice, UCD and School of Law, Griffith College Dublin where he lectured in subjects including Human Rights and Social Justice. He also has previous experience working as a researcher for NGOs. Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts from UCD, Bachelor of Law from Griffith College, and Master of Law, in which he specialised in Human Rights Law, from UCD.
