Karen Hernández
Karen Hernández is a Senior HR & Organisational Development specialist with 25 years professional experience across public and private sectors. She has Qualifications in Occupational Psychology & Strategic HR with over 20 years’ experience in OD, HR and leadership development. Karen has expertise in supporting companies build leadership and management capability to scale. She has completed over 200 OD engagements with large companies and SMEs, across a range of sectors, supporting them put in place the appropriate culture, HR processes and capability to scale. Designed and developed leadership and middle management programmes to drive strategic growth in SMEs.
