Maria is a passionate, multidisciplinary LatinX executive with proven success in people leadership, strategic vision and transforming operations in multiple organisations, including Google, Sun Microsystems and Schindler Lifts. With 20+ years of sales, marketing and operations experience, Maria combines a diverse skill-set cutting across organisational boundaries in digital & consumer businesses. As an early joiner in Google Ireland in 2006, Maria has led a nascent sales and operations business globally through rapid growth while sustaining a strong team culture. Maria has deep experience in building teams and driving organisational success through cross-functional collaboration, strategic growth mindset and operational rigour reaching high standards of customer satisfaction. Maria's operational acumen is evident in her knack for simplifying complex challenges and driving operational excellence. Maria is recognized as a deal maker and partnership creator, driving organisational success through strategic alliances and collaborations. Her ability to forge partnerships has led to revenue growth and market share expansion, propelling countries and brands to become top performers globally. Maria serves as an executive sponsor for initiatives including fostering belonging within the Latin-X community at Google Ireland and contributing strategically to the growth and direction of Google's products and services. Maria graduated from Universidad de Palermo - Buenos Aires with two Bachelor's degrees in Marketing & Graphic Design, and earned her MBA from Liverpool John Moores University. In her spare time, Maria enjoys sports, cooking and travelling with her family.
